Crane collapse kills worker, injures another

A crane collapse accident at an ethanol construction site in Hereford, Texas, killed a worker and injured another Thursday.

A report from KTEN.com says that the fatal accident happened at the White Energy Ethanol Refinery construction site. The collapse apparently happened when Fagen Incorporated employees were attempting to add a section to the crane.

One worker was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, and the injured worker was airlifted to Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
