A 2-year-old girl died because of an industrial-strength pesticide was placed in her family's home to kill roaches. The pesticide used is Phostoxin and was in a pellet form. Last week, Federal regulators threatened to pull funding from Christus Santa Rose Hospital - Medical Center heart transplant program.
