Two Die in 18-Wheeler Crash

On July 10, 20007, Justin Eleby and Adrian Taylor were killed after their Lincoln Town Car swerved off the road, over-corrected and slammed into a 18-wheeler. The 18-Wheeler was carrying 2500 boxes of explosive detonators to Gonzales.

Crews shut down U.S. 183 for nearly 15 hours and evacuated around the crash site. The truck driver was not seriously hurt.
