San Antonio Pedestrian Killed by Hit and Run Driver

A man in is 20s was walking in San Antonio when he was hit by a car and then fell from a freeway exit ramp. He was killed and the car that struck him did not stop and left the scene. The accident happened around the intersection of Fernando Guerra and S. Pecos La Trinadad.

Detectives believe the victim may have been walking on the Frio exit on southbound Interstate 35 when the man was struck by a car and fell 25 feet.

A car picked up by police near the scene overnight may have been involved in the accident.

The San Antonio Police are investigating the accident and ask anyone that may have witnessed it to contact them.
