Two truck drivers were killed on Loop 410 in San Antonio on Thursday after they collided head-on. The truck accident involved an 18-wheeler and a concrete truck. The concrete truck had a tire blow out and the driver lost control of the vehicle.

The truck crossed the median at Loop 410 and East Southcross and crashed into a Wal-Mart 18-wheeler around 3 p.m.

A white four-door car carrying three people, including an infant, also crashed into the wreckage. None of them was injured.

First responders said the crash was the worst they have seen in a while.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident. Traffic had to be detoured around the accident site for several hours. The police are still investigating.
