  On September 13, 2006, a VIA Metropolitan Transit bus hit and killed Richard Grimaldo. Mr. Grimaldo was on Huebner Road near USAA Boulevard when he was struck by the bus.   On September 1, 2006, around 1 a.m., a drunk driver drove the wrong way on Interstate I-10 near Wurzbach Road. The driver slammed head on into a car driven by a pregnant women. The pregnant women is still in the hospital. Blood tests results have not been released.
